Refund and Returns Policy

1. Digital Product Notice

All products sold on www.redm.store are non-tangible digital downloads, including:

  • RedM servers
  • Scripts
  • Mods
  • Configuration files

No physical goods are shipped.

Upon successful payment, access to downloadable files is granted.
Digital delivery is considered completed once access is provided.


2. General Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products:

  • Refunds are evaluated case-by-case
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 9 days of purchase
  • No refunds will be granted after 9 days

Once a product has been downloaded or accessed, refunds are limited and subject to review.


3. When Refunds May Be Approved

A refund (full or partial) may be granted ONLY if:

  • The product is materially broken or corrupted
  • The product is missing advertised core features
  • The issue cannot be resolved by our support team

If a verified technical defect exists and cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued within the 9-day window.


4. When Refunds Will NOT Be Approved

Refunds will NOT be granted for:

  • Incompatibility with third-party scripts or frameworks
  • Server misconfiguration
  • VPS/hosting-related issues
  • Lack of technical knowledge
  • Errors caused by modifications
  • Installation mistakes
  • Failure to meet system requirements
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse

Error messages alone do not qualify as a broken product.
Many errors result from improper setup or external conflicts.


5. Required Steps Before Requesting a Refund

Before requesting a refund, you must:

  1. Carefully read product documentation
  2. Ensure your server meets all requirements
  3. Open a support ticket
  4. Allow our team reasonable time (24–48 hours per response) to assist

Failure to follow these steps may result in refund denial.


6. Support Renewal Refunds

If a refund request is related to a support renewal:

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of renewal
  • Only unused support periods may qualify

7. Abuse & Fraud Protection

We actively monitor for refund abuse.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if:

  • The product has been downloaded multiple times
  • Files have been accessed and used
  • The policy is being exploited
  • A dispute is filed without contacting support first

In case of chargebacks or payment disputes, we may submit:

  • Download logs
  • IP access records
  • Account history
  • Communication records

to the payment processor as evidence of delivery.


8. Agreement to Policy

By purchasing from RedM Store, you acknowledge:

  • You understand the product is digital
  • You agree to this refund policy
  • You agree to contact support before filing disputes
