- Supporting assets
No physical goods are shipped.
Upon successful payment, access to digital files is granted.
3. License & Usage Rights
Unless otherwise stated:
- You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license
- For use on one server instance
- For personal or commercial server use
You may NOT:
- Resell our products
- Redistribute files
- Share download links
- Claim ownership
- Rebrand as your own product
- Leak or publish files publicly
Violation may result in:
- License termination
- Permanent ban
- Legal action
4. Compatibility & Technical Requirements
Our products are designed to function on the latest stable version of RedM at the time of release.
We do NOT guarantee compatibility with:
- Modified core files
- Third-party scripts
- Custom frameworks
- Outdated RedM builds
- Improper server configuration
If issues arise due to modifications or third-party conflicts, support may be denied.
5. Support Policy
Support is provided via ticket system only.
- Response time: 24–48 hours
- Support covers installation guidance and bug fixes
- Support does NOT cover:
- Custom development
- Third-party conflicts
- Modified files
- Server misconfiguration
We reserve the right to refuse abusive or unreasonable support requests.
6. Refund Policy (Important)
Due to the digital nature of our products:
- All sales are final.
- No refunds will be issued after download access is granted.
- No refunds for incompatibility caused by:
- Third-party scripts
- Server misconfiguration
- Lack of technical knowledge
- Failure to meet system requirements
By purchasing, you agree to waive the right to a refund once access to files is delivered.
Refunds may only be issued if:
- Files are proven corrupted
- Product is materially different from description
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated:
We reserve the right to submit:
- Download logs
- IP address records
- Account access history
- Order confirmation records
- License agreements
- Communication history
Filing a false dispute after receiving and downloading files may result in:
- Permanent ban
- License termination
- Legal claim for fraud
8. Intellectual Property
All products remain the property of RedM Store.
Purchasing does NOT transfer ownership.
Unauthorized distribution or resale may result in legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Server downtime
- Data loss
- Business interruption
- Revenue loss
- Damage caused by improper installation
Products are provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted operation.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
